A limited edition, very subtle, balanced and a strong hit of stone fruit. This wine has personality and distinct character.
Should not be served too chilled, ideally at 8ºC, to appreciate its aromatic complexity. To be drunk immediately and over the next 2 years.
It is appropriate to accompany shellfish, crustaceans and grilled white fish or fish stews. It also blends elegantly with rice, soft cheeses, blue cheeses, all kinds of mushrooms and fresh fruit.
